Osteopathy

Osteopathy finds the health in patients through palpation, and works to augment it through gentle manipulation of all layers of tissue. It considers the body as one dynamic unit of function that may heal itself if it is rid of mechanical dysfunction.

Sam Milliken is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner and graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. With over eight years of hands-on clinical experience from Massage Therapy, he brings a deep understanding of the body and a results-driven approach to every treatment. Grounded in the classical principles of osteopathy, Sam sees the body as a self-healing, self-regulating system. His treatments combine precise assessment with a structured, mechanical approach designed to restore balance, movement, and overall health. Patients appreciate his clear, thoughtful care and his commitment to helping them move, perform, and feel their best. In his spare time Sam loves spending time with his daughter and hiking with his dog.
